Exceptional. I want to tell you my family's whole story, but if you're searching for a small memory care facility and reading this, you already know. How hard it all is, how scary, how costly, how much trust you need to be able to extend for your loved one to be cared for. My mom lived her final 11 months here, as wily and stubborn as ever, strong as a horse, great sense of humor and still set in her ways. I had done extensive research and tours and tried to find somewhere we could both feel good (enough) about. From the moment I met Amanda for the tour, I knew this was our best possible option, in any world. The home is lovely and spacious and feels like a home, not a facility. Amanda and Jeff worked with me at every step, from tour to final paperwork after mom's death. The on-site staff (Mistie, Craig, Daizy, Karina, and all the other folks whose paths I crossed less often) each deserve their own individual 5-star reviews, for the patience and kindness and care they gave, and the solicitousness with which they made connections with my mom. There is no perfect memory care, because it's an impossible decision and situation. And. Constant Care provided the support and care needed, with professionalism, warmth, competence, and kindness. I cannot imagine a better way and place to navigate her last months, and allow her to transition out of this world with gentle dignity.

I was searching for a small memory care facility for my brother who I had to move here from back east due to his dementia. I toured larger facilities but felt since he was from a small town he would be so lost in a large place. I was beyond blessed to have found Constant Care Homes!!! It was a perfect fit! My poor brother was very confused and the whole staff (owner, admin, caregivers) were able to make him feel at home. Their personalized care was exactly what I was looking for. They truly cared; he was not just a number. And they would communicate with me any concerns they had about him. Any person who has had to deal with a family member having dementia knows what a horrific experience this is. But having a facility such as Constant Care was able to give me peace of mind knowing he was being cared for like family. My brother has since passed, but I will forever be grateful to all how cared for him.
