My over all rating would be a -0-. They never answers or return call. No one ever knows anything about the patient and whats going on with their care. Very poorly ran!

On the first night of our mother’s admittance to the rehab center my siblings and I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Robin Gay. She wasn’t the charge nurse for my mother however she made our acquaintance and proceeded to familiarize us with many of the procedures. Nurse Gay made my siblings and I feel confident that we had made the right choice in selecting Future Care Lochern for our mother’s rehabilitation.
