Chris gave a great tour. Enjoyed delightful and tasty Mother's Day Brunch and resident "Pinky"s specially done cards.

Awful place. Horrible food. A real locked down feeling, like being in an old folks jail. I wouldn't put anyone here you care about

The only thing good about this place is the care staff seems like they truly care and are compassionate to the residents. The management and organization is horrendous. My mother n law recently passed away in this facility. I had all her belongs moved out and the keys turned in the very next day to the Executive Director. I expressed some concerns to her about the recent bill we received and when we would get the final bill. She told me I would be contacted on 7/22/2024 by the Business Office Manager KC. Well needless to say no call no email.. I reached Monday (8/5/2024) asking for a call or email to try to finalize her bills as we know we owe them money…. Again a promise of a call or email by end of day… still nothing. I am here trying to process the passing of a loved one and should not have to be worried about trying to get someone to call return my call at this facility. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this type of billing issue and lack of communication from the people in these roles.
