BEWARE...DO NOT MOVE HERE. Tonight for dinner, they offered the residents 1 slice of cheese between 2 pieces of white bread....because Madison Estates was deep cleaning the dining room. Sickening that the residents (who allow Madison Estates to pay their bills and the staff to pay their own bills) are treated like this. They have mtgs with the residents to see what needs changing, and Madison Estates discards the input re: meals. Over and over and over....mtg after mtg after mtg. BEWARE...DO NOT MOVE HERE. Residents must buy their own groceries in order to eat decently....all the while they are charged (in their rent) for food. Again, BEWARE...DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I really like everyone that I have met here over the years. I have lived here for 5 years and never been treated badly. Staff is great and always checking on me. Housekeepers are good! I enjoy the activities, especially bingo and walking club! The food is a 9 out of 10. There are some things I prefer not to eat, but overall I have no issues with the food. I love my apartment and enjoy having a balcony! I love it here, it is my home and I don't ever want to leave. Last thing, Lisa the manager always makes me comfortable amd easy to talk to about things. Doug is pretty good too! Love, love, love Madison!
