If I could give 0 stars I would, my dad got his leg amputated and then went to magnolia manor for is physical therapy ect. They left him on the bed in his fecal matter for 4 hours and when he finally got the strength up to get in his wheelchair to go to the bathroom to clean himself he couldn’t get up off the toilet no matter how hard he tried he sat on that toilet for 2 hours. I can’t tell you how upset and disappointed I am with this facility. I have no idea how they could treat someone with such neglect. And he also went up to the front desk to speak with them and they mocked him, and laughed at him. And they discharged him today and told my aunt who picked him up that his leg “ may be infected “ thankfully we went to the hospital and they said it doesn’t look bad. But they are worried he has congestive heart failure. Please do not let your loved ones come here. All the horror stories you hear online seem to happen here.

My brother stayed in this nursing home for four months. This nursing home sets itself apart by the great people who work there. Whenever I called the main reception number Brenda cheerfully answered the phone and got me to the right person. The social worker (Lisa) was especially knowledgeable and helpful to my brother and to me as his personal representative. Lisa was very engaged in his care, answered her phone, and promptly responded to emails. Magnolia Manor helped with my brother's Medicaid application until it was approved. We are so thankful for that. My brother saw many specialists including a therapist which is not offered at all homes. He liked having coffee with a group on a daily basis. Thank you Magnolia Manor.
