If you care about your loved one please do your research. Unfortunately I had to edit my review after hearing the news of yet ANOTHER longterm employee leaving Magnolia. Sadly the majority of 5 star reviews are from biased from employees who are bullied into helping boost ratings. Since the ownership change in late 2024, there’s been a noticeable shift. Staff turnover is high with many key employees leaving within a short time, taking with them the personal touch that once set this place apart. I have witnessed Magnolia lose its way over the last few months under poor direction. Families entrust you with not only care, but peace of mind. That trust is slowly being eroded away.

I have seen personally how the residents are treated like friends and family. They are warmly held in regard by the employees and they are treated with kindness and respect. Everyone is attentive to accommodate their needs and go above and beyond to help at any moment and to keep a clean and safe environment for the residents to call Magnolia their home.

Visited lots of competitors in the area and can honestly say, Magnolia Springs sets itself apart! Their community is so bright and airy. The residents are always participating in activities. The community is so social. This is what sold me on bringing my mom there! She is so happy to be at Magnolia Springs!
