My mother died there in 2017. She fell out of her bed several times because they wouldn't put up the railings I put them up a couple times I got putting them down. I put them up another time and they actually zip tie them down. I took my knife and cut the zip ties. Let's just say administrator knows what I'd like to do to him but I prefer not to end up in prison. LOL I wouldn't let them take care of a dog!!! She was in there for rehab they don't know what the word means!!

Prevention of falls at 100 %? My father has been there two months, has fallen no less than half a dozen times and has been hospitalized twice. I showed up to visit once and found him bleeding from the head with the band aid falling off. They used a rubber glove full of ice as a cold compress for the swelling. But ok. Im not sure where usnews gets their numbers
