This facility is not a decent place for placement of friend or family. My brother has/was there for 2 months and shows weight loss as well as neglect. This agency denied his medication management and doctor appointments. Yesterday, I finally reported them to Adult Services for investigation. I also discovered they loss their license last year. The day after reporting the neglect, I was called and notified my brother would be discharged immediately. I researched this place and it shows they were still licensed. Upon picking my brother up for a prior visit I noted he had problems walking. I took him home and made 2- doctors appointments. The doctor instructed them to assist him to all his doctors appointments and to give his medication as prescribed. He came home Christmas Eve and I discovered they failed to refill his insulin medication. None of his medications were refilled. He’s a diabetes and must have his insulin as prescribed. He was out of his medications for over a week. WARNING: This is not a safe place for those who have disabilities. Please check on your people often. I was warned this was a horrible place, I wish I had listen.

A friend of mine ended up there. Rats and roaches everywhere. Fights over food and cigarettes. It is sad that this place ask for donations because there doesn't seem to be any money to clean this place up. Curious to where the donations go.

It seems like they don't want to be there. I have a relative there and when I visited, they were on the phone/computer. They asked who I was there to see, I stated the name and they yelled my relative's name. They didn't ask me for my name, didn't ask to see ID. They didn't know if I was there to help or harm. I don't know the full of it but all I know, is that my relative came to them healthy (aside mental illness) and now it looks like he is sick. Looking thin and fragile. I have so many concerns. I will take measures on how to address this and bring it to light.
