The entire Mallard Creek staff provides wonderful care and dedication, but I especially want to recognize Administrator Amber Regalado, Business Office Manager Gabriela Salazar Martinez, and Dietician Patrice. Each of them has been nothing short of amazing, often going above and beyond to ensure that patients and their families feel supported every step of the way. From the very beginning, as I worked to get my grandmother admitted into this facility, they treated me and my family with kindness, patience, and understanding. Their clear communication and genuine compassion gave us peace of mind and the confidence that we were making the right decision for our loved one. When it comes to something as important as entrusting the care of a family member, that kind of reassurance is truly priceless. I am deeply grateful to them—not only for doing their jobs so well, but for doing it with such heart.
