No hot water in the skilled nursing area for a week with no idea of when it will be fixed means no baths for residents. How is that okay?!?! Less than clean facility (carpet is horrible, peeling wallpaper, smell of mold). No concern at all for the health of the residents overall. Less than skilled staff. Rude administrators. The pictures on the webpage are NOT the actual facility. Looking for somewhere else for my loved one because this place is not at all what it initially appears.

I would not recommend this place for anyone. Most of the staff, not all, is rude for no reason, not very attentive and always act bothered. All the patients look miserable. I hear the food is ok but not worth the stay.
