Pamela Polley
As an executive with Beacon Communities, I have always valued the importance of compassionate care. Recently, I experienced this firsthand when a loved one became a resident at Manor Lake Gainesville Memory Care. This personal connection has given me a new perspective on the incredible work being done there. The staff at Manor Lake Gainesville are truly exceptional. They see the residents as more than just individuals in their care; they treat them like family. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication are evident in everything they do. Whether it's comforting a resident who can't sleep, reassuring someone who is confused and sad, or providing companionship to those feeling lonely, their commitment shines through. I am immensely proud to be part of an industry that prioritizes such heartfelt care and support.

Look no further…Manor Lake of Gainesville is “the place”!! Manor Lakes Gainesville is successful because of the leadership of its Executive Director, Debbie Wilson as well as the amazing support team she has on board. To mention a few; Graham in Sales, Krystal in Billing, Brian and Keith, Maintenance, Judy, Front Desk and wonderful Med Techs and House Keeping! This facility has heart and soul and is a very active community; lots of events and outings and a very large Van!! The staff are professional, hardworking, compassionate and patient. Voted “Best in its Class” for four consecutive years! Prices are fair and Mom loves it there. I don’t worry about her; she’s too busy dressing up for meals and outings! The facility is beautifully appointed, well lit, smells good and is always decorated with the spirit of our holidays…very welcoming. We are grateful and blessed to have found Manor Lake of Gainesville!!
