Everyone giving this place good reviews is literally a worker from that facility. These people are horrible. I went in at a different time once and saw my dad lying in his throw up unconscious and when I spoke to the director, I think her name was Toni, she told me I could leave and take him if I didn’t like it. The volunteers there even told me to take him home cuz he was being mistreated. Please don’t take your loved ones here. My dad was okay, but 2 weeks of being here he soon met his end and died. He even fell here and all they did was call and leave a voicemail saying they found him on the floor. The grief has been way too much for me to speak out on it sooner, but please don’t fall for this. This nursing home is on Kansas City’s worst.

Don the new seems to be prejudice and he so busy trying to get out of here into another facilty. The nurses do not wash their before and after they touch people,with or without gloves. Residents that can not do for themselves are left dirty and diaper has leaked urine and feces. Think twice before you come here.
