Came to this clinic to have our medical for immigration. Our appointment was at 10am but was called at 10:16am. A nurse named NICHE assisted my family that day and this girl was so rude and was having episodes of throwing attitude at my family. She directed us to take a urine bottle and put the bottle somewhere which we didn’t really get where because she was talking so fast and was moving really fast maybe she’s rushing but she doesn’t have to give my mom an attitude when my mom didn’t get her instructions the 1st time. She was so annoyed while telling my mom where to put the bottle “I said in the metal thing!” (Non verbatim) when I saw and heard that I asked her right away “Are you okay? Are you having a bad day? she didn’t even stop to answer me or look at me she just answered with a very low pretending voice “oh no” First of all I’ve been in the customer service industry for 9 years and if your client didn’t get your instructions the first time you educate them properly. Anyways, this NICHE girl showed me a perfect example of a person that cannot control their attitude. I don’t like how she was talking to us. We’re a very sweet family and we have manners. We live in Havre and never encountered a person like this specially in the medical industry. I even lived in New York City and never experienced a person like NICHE. She fake apologize to my mom. I know it’s fake because she didn’t apologize to the whole family. She’s just worried because she knows that we’re gonna leave a review. To NICHE, you don’t have the right to talk to my mom like that. I thought people from a small town is nicer but you just made me realize that living in a big city is better. Thank you making my whole family so UNCOMFORTABLE, ANXIOUS AND FRUSTRATED the whole time that we were in you clinic just because of your negative energy.

2 years ago I hurt my back got x-rays and a MRI. Dr. Hamm told me I had a vary small bulging bisk. Now 2 years later my back still hurts so I went to a specialist and he looked at the same MRI and said you have had a ruptured disk for 2 years. This was not the first time I got diagnosed wrong and it wasn't the last don't go to marias heath care

This clinic/ER is 50/50. It seems like every other time we have a good experience here and other times we haven't (ie. They have done an extendedexaminationto see what could be wrong. They turned my 6 month old away with a fever of 105 saying just give him medication, which I had already done. Or when we thought my son had pink eye they took a good look and found out it was his sinuses draining, which we could drops to help.) Dr. Hamm is wonderful!
