Where do I start….this place was great until they started losing great employees due to lies and lack of respect to the ones who really cared…most of the employees are great but management is the main issue in this place…they have cameras all around this place and still say they don’t see anything just so they can fire you…the great employees get let go and the ones who’s not giving the residents there meds on time are even at all..are still employed there..some of the residents need to be placed in A skilled facility for extra help but they keep them there where they end up falling and hurting them self more, then u have some who need to be in a psychiatric facility where they can be properly evaluated but they keep them there so they can lie on staff… management just do not care about there staff members this place talks so much about FAMILY VALUE but is no where like a family…the staff that really cared about the residents most have left u have a hand full left
