My mother has only been here 2 months and the experience has been a nightmare from wrong medication trying to be administered, to medication taking hours to be given or not at all, getting her a shower has also been proven to be near impossible and there is always an excuse, she has been left to lay in soiled linens on numerous occasions, call lights are rarely answered while residents wait 20-30 minutes for someone to answer sometimes it is longer, staff is rude and downright disrespectful with the exception of the DON Shan Tisha and Tiffany the social worker, those women are beyond fantastic and I appreciate them so much, however the same issues just continue despite numerous conversations, there is most definitely lack of communication among some staff and there also appears to be a rodent issue as a rat was found in my mother’s bathroom by her roommate! I have made the decision to move my mother to another facility closer to me as this was always the plan but I am more confident in my decision based on all of the horrible issues, for the sake of the other residents that don’t have a choice to be there, I surely hope someone can turn this place around, please do your research before choosing to put your loved one here
