I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their loved ones. My brother was in here for about a month and it was a terrible experience. On 3 separate occasions he told an aide (Christine) that he needed to use the bed pan. Her response was "I don't have time for you, I have other patients to take care of. I will be back." She came back in about 5 hours and still didn't get him a bed pan. On 3 separate occasions he had to hold a bowel movement until the next shift came on (approximately 8 hours). This is abuse!!!!!

My mom has been in McNaughten Pointe for about two weeks for Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy. The therapy staff was excellent with her and we are thankful she is getting to go home sooner than we expected. Thank you to everyone who was nice, helpful, and courteous to her.
