The turnaround rate of the staff is expected considering the type of facility my husband is in. He has some very good CNA’s and nurses who are attentive to what he needs and what I say or suggest. For the most part the facility smells clean with few room exceptions on varying days. I believe Administration needs to take a more active role by making surprise walkthroughs. I would have given a higher rating if there was more consistency in all departments of this facility.

My grandmother lives here, and it's a horrible facility. They rarely change her diapers, and someone takes her to shower about once a week. She was sick recently, very slow moving and slurring her words. She was like that most of the day and no one seemed to care. We had to take her to the hospital. They ignore the call lights and sit on their phones a lot. And a lot of the staff have changed recently. Do your loved one a favor and please find them a better place.

This facility will tell you they will do everything for your Loved one and do the exact opposite. The administrator is one of the rudest you will ever come in contact with. They messed with the camera in our sons room and Broke it. One of the nurses, Francisco always blocked the camera view with the curtains don’t know why he would do that. We brought it up to administration and they didn’t care either. When your loved one is in a nursing home / Rehab you might think someone cares and will try to rehabilitate them. Truth is there in it only for the CASH. Not the CARE. Record all the processing when you are admitting a loved one. Or have an attorney with you. Or they won’t do what they promise. I’m trying to put this into LAW in Texas. And always have a camera on your loved one. They’re worth it! And one last thing there was a vending machine there and my wife and I would get a drink we used a cc card the facility knew there was wheel chair residents would wait till we walked away and they would hurry up and hit the buttons on the machine and get there sodas. The facility allowed this to happen because after it happened many times they told us be careful of the residents they are stealing credit card purchases the machines didn’t time out after a payment was made to get a drink. We were just trying to get our son better. They thought it was funny.
