If I could post zero stars I would. Who let's someone go in a voice message on the phone? Very unprofessional! And the voice message said I was not a good fit. No other reason why and you couldn't be honest enough to tell me in person. No wonder there is a big turnover.

My ex husband received a letter saying That I owed a debt with Eastern Montana Community Mental Health in August of 2021. The Debt was from 2015 when we were still Married. I emailed and called them asking for verification of why I owed this debt. They did not provide me with any verification. They put it on my credit report in sept of 2021. After trying to get ahold of them to pay the debt, They finally answered the phone on Oct 25th. we paid the account but the refused to remove it from my credit report even though they failed to verify the account or respond to me at all. They also sent the letter to my ex-husbands address but not my own. They way the conduct their business is shady and unprofessional.
