One moment that stands out was when he was included in a fishing trip. That simple act of kindness meant the world to him—and to me. His bright smile and unstoppable attitude tugged at every heartstring, and the staff embraced all of it. The love and dignity they gave him in his final months made a difficult time a little easier.
