The staff was good everyone was pleasant good food tried to solve problems quickly

This place is fantastic, plenty of nurses on staff. When there was one time in the month I was there, there was a no-show from one nurse in a miscommunication and even the on-site janitor/maintenance man stepped into deliver food and was very kind and seemed as if he knew what he was doing. They offer doctor care, specialized care, on-site, physical therapy office and facility and community Case Management. Monte Vista Hills serves all type and elderly hospice care, people coming out of the hospital needing nursing and physical therapy only no matter their age. I am 47. And also patient care for amputees. The facility was cleaned everyday, especially my room and bathroom. And in the long wide hallways they always made sure to clean one side and while it was wet they put up orange cones. So the other side could be utilized as a non slip. Walking surface. Then once the one side dried. They did the other side. Seems to always care about the patience. And the nurses and everybody had extreme patience for the clients. I was referred to these guys from the infectious disease doctor at Port Medical Center. Dr. Martha Buitrago. And I am grateful that I was suggested to go there. I spent just under 4 weeks physical rehab and the nurses two times a day for 3 weeks giving me antibiotics for bacterial meningitis.

The place is clean, and occasionally there will be an offensive smell, but my biggest complaint is the lack of tv service. My relative that is there can only get a few channels to come in on their tv in the room. They say that they have someone working on it., but they have been saying that for three or more months. It would be great if the signal would work for the patients in Monta Vista hills.
