Admin has changed since this review! In response to owners response to a review above. Do you even know what goes on there? I’m sure you know corporate procedure, but this facility has its own procedures that include nothing you wrote. Admin IS incompetant. One week give employee 2 gift cards thanking them for hard work at her home (americate bought cards) and at work. Next week try to black mail them into signing written notice, full of false accusations. No regard for residents feelings towards employees. In fact, if they like you, you are out of there. Admin speaks loudly about residents and staff they dont like. So you see, even if those procedures are in place, they are NOT followed at MV. Beautiful facility though. Thanks to the former maintenance men and CNA’s.

Recently had to move my aunt to Monterey Village and the management and staff couldn't have been more competent, professional and compassionate. It's very stressful to make sure that your loved one is taken care of and are in capable, caring hands. If you are looking for senior living, this is a great option. Special shout out to Britte, Anita, Sharon and Paula. Thank you for all of your support.
