Dietary Aide Kayleigh McGraw's service is exceptional! I visited my Mom for the first time, and we had lunch together. Kayleigh was smiling and helpful, and when I asked for a straw, Kayleigh was there with it immediately! She helped make me feel like my Mom had made a good choice to be at Morning Pointe.

Our mother is being over medicated and even after discussions with the administrator and head nurse, our mother again today has be over medicated. We have had to hire 12 hour a day extra caregivers and they can not even move her she is so out of it!! We are extremely frustrated, concerned and furious that our multiple requests to change her meds have been repeatedly ignored. May be time to look for a new, more responsible facility!
