Megan, Paula, Tabatha and staff were more than helpful during a tough time. They were very knowledgeable, careing, and understanding. The facility is very well kept and clean. We greatly appreciate all of their attention to the things that we needed.

My mother was really hesitant about moving to a new place, but Megan eased all our concerns. We extremely appreciate how patient and supportive she was throughout the whole process. She answered any and all questions we ever had. The whole team has treated us with kindness and compassion. Mom has made so many new friends and is enjoying all of the activities that she would not be able to do from home! Paula, Megan, Tabatha, and their whole team have really been such a blessing! Thank you!!

Our situation is a bit different (one parent with dementia and one without), coming from another facility but wanted to remain together. Lones and Kay were so gracious, kind, supportive and patient explaining their processes and procedures and explaining how Morning Pointe- HV's Lamp Light staff and medical team would meet my parents "where they are," while meeting their needs socially, emotionally and medically! Our questions have been answered quickly, and without hesitation. Although my parents are new residents, we continue to feel supported, guided and "heard" through this transition and next phase of life! Finally, the facilities at Hardin Valley (and Powell location) are beautiful, appropriate, safe/secure, welcoming and CLEAN, and conveniently located!
