My Grandmother had a recent stay here and we will never make the mistake of allowing her to go there again. They don’t seem to have enough staff especially on the weekends. The communication is awful. If you try to address any concerns with the Executive Director it is an absolute waste of time. She has no idea what she is doing. Our family is so happy that we have now found a place for her with people who care!
