My sister has resided at Morningside House of St Charles since March following a stroke. Her recovery and quality of life has been phenomenal due to her tailored treatment and care from dedicated staff members and medical professionals who have definitely attributed to her progress and willingness to participate. The facility exceeded my expectations not just in total healthcare and resident activities but in cleanliness, decor and excellent meals prepared daily that rival any restaurant in presentation and taste in their beautiful dining area. Lori Spears, Director of Sales and Marketing is outstanding and compassionate in managing the affairs, concerns and provisions of your loved one to suit their needs. My sister loves Morningside House of St. Charles and so do I.

I am posting on behalf of my mother. My mother is new to the area. So I was unsure how she would transition to Morningside House of St. Charles. Well she is loving it! She has already experienced many positive changes---enjoys the onsite activities, group outings, and the on-site amenities like the salon and nail tech. She's showing healthy signs and has lost 20 pounds since moving in, which is amazing! As a family member, I appreciate the monthly calendar that helps me stay in the loop. I also value how the staff sometimes reaches out with updates, though I do wish this communication was more consistent or that there was an app or portal to help me stay better connected. When visiting, the staff and daytime nurses are very friendly. I also love seeing residents outside enjoying the fresh air when I visit---it shows that they are encouraged to stay active and social. Overall, I am confident in my decision and feel my mother is in good hands.
