Just gave my mother a letter telling her that they are raising rents 25%! My elderly mother is in a panic. Edit: Spoke to Director about the increase after posting. The letter my mother received was boilerplate and did not reflect any discounts on her account. The increase was closer to 10%. Raised to 4 stars…deducting one simply because communication issue.

Steals money from their disabled residents and refuses to provide information to family members, even when they have a legally binding power of attorney. Will make all sorts of fantastic promises before move-in, then neglect residents once the lease is signed. Very high staff turnover.
