We moved my mother in law about 5 months ago from another state to be closer to us but retain her independence. She has a beautiful small apartment with a balcony. The staff are so friendly and helpful. She is on the independent living side but there is an assisted living wing and memory care wing as well. There is a hair salon on site and a physical therapist. The place has plenty activities that she participates such as weekly painting class, bingo, exercise classes, games, movie nights and various activities. They have a shuttle that takes residents to supermarkets, stores and outings. She is adjusting well and we are so happy to have her close by.

I was so relieved when I found Mountain Park Senior Living. I hadn't looked at other places, this was the first stop and I immediately knew "this is it." We recently relocated our (91+ yo) Mom back to AZ. Brenda, Mackenzie, Omar, Mitzi, Inez, Michael...the entire staff have been so helpful to not only myself getting everything ready for her arrival, but making for a smooth transition. To top it off, the apartment is absolutely gorgeous with a view of South Mountain. Everything is clean. Mom (Barb) fits right in, she says the food is great, and everyone there is very helpful and accommodating. My family could not be happier nor more grateful to everyone at Mountain Park Senior Living for furnishing a nice and safe place for our Mom.

If I wasn’t forced to even put a one, Star, I would not be putting any stars at all. I’m a case manager that walked into this facility to try to speak to someone in sales to set up a tour for one of my clients because that is my job. The lady at the front desk looks at my badge and treats me as if I’m trying to sell something and saying I need to Make an appointment. It is my understanding that I can walk into any community and request a tour for a family and I didn’t need an appointment. She did not give me the option to wait And I made it very clear with her that I’m not selling them anything I am trying to bring them a customer to live in their community for memory care. She had the worst customer service and she was not kind at all. If that is the face of your guys’s community is I will make sure that everybody knows How terrible the very first impression is. I left the sales lady’s card and we definitely will not be back.
