I have Strong reason to believe that they neglect their patients. There was a time were I visited my granny, at least one worker would come in to check on her every hour and as soon as the worker would leave she would say in her Caribbean way that they don't usually do that she said that she usually seeing them for only the meal times. Another time I came during lunch and the workers was indirectly blocking me from going to see my granny and was diverting me to visit after lunch. I insisted to see her anyways. When I had went into the lunchroom to sit down with her. All the workers were just suspicious of me and kept checking up on us and even the director came to introduce herself if it felt like getting the royal treatment but such in a way where it wasn't natural. At the same time that this was happening another patient was asking for seconds in serving of mac and cheese and they refused to give it to her which caused a scene of the patient exploding with emotion. Then I inquired about if there wasnt any food left as to why there aren't getting her seconds. And which they reply that she always does this. And so it came off to me that they were just trying to teach her a lesson by not getting her what she wanted. But I observed that it was such small portions that they were given, so it did seem warranted to ask. They made it seem like she was rude and being outlandish when she was being polite and the more that workers kept yelling at her the more the patient was yelling back at them. Overall there's been a lot of weird energy when I go there. The workers seem to tighten up when they realize that the patients have people that visit them. Hopefully this has changed over the time since I last was there. And a lot of these facilities the workers think that they can get away with certain things because they're not being watched and they think that nobody cares. You cannot cover up morality.

Place was very clean. My aunt was clean & her hair was brushed up nicely in a ponytail.. The staff member fed her & she was very friendly & patient while feeding her.

It is the first nursing home I visited and the nurses and the PCA assistant are so attentive to the patient I have to commend them they are doing a excellent job and the staff is approachable I would recommend the place to people.
