My mother has been there nearly a month and had no progress. The lack of communication amongst the staff is mind blowing. They do not follow through on things they say they will do. Waiting 45 min for a light to be answered and then food that hard and can’t even cut with a fork. If we would have known all this definitely would have chose somewhere else.
