I've been there twice because I was suicidal and they turned me away saying I "wasn't bad enough to help". Their psychiatristsactively and knowingly take on patients who are conflicts of interest. In short, they don't actually care about thier patients. You'd be better off putting a bullet in your head than asking them for help.

My mom was in the dementia ward on floor four and was treated very well. All the staff was so caring and treated us like family. Thank you for the wonderful care!
