Northbrook Inn

Northbrook Inn staff were very caring and dedicated. The facility is top notch and homey. Mom enjoyed the flowers and courtyard so much, and all festive decorations for the holidays. Because this is not a giant residence even those in management loved and cared for Mom. We are so grateful that Mom’s last 4 years were spent in a place where she was loved. Thank you Jennifer, Sharon, Debbie, all the caregivers and hospice providers.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to the staff at Northbrook Inn. Mom has been a resident for almost 6 years and they have taken amazing care of her through all her stages. The facility is always clean and the food is outstanding. The residents are treated with respect and even loved. Thank you Northbrook Inn!

We are SO thankful to the Northbrook Inn and their staff! We moved one relative here from another memory care facility, and the difference was like night and day. He went from being angry and sad to smiling and enjoying life again. We moved another family member in after she had issues being independent. She went from always being confused and stressed at not keeping it together, to being organized and much more aware of what is going on. The staff are amazing and Jenn sets the tone for the entire facility. We never worry about if our relatives are well cared for and as happy as possible. Memory care is really hard, but the Northbrook Inn does an amazing job with a terrible situation.
