I could easily give zero stars, and honestly, I would. My family member has been under their care for several years, and during that entire time, we've been plagued by consistent, undeniable neglect from the staff. Medications are often administered late or skipped altogether, and they blatantly refuse to assist with essential appointments, leaving us feeling helpless and frustrated. Today, they shockingly came to me with undue pressure to sever the services of a trusted local palliative care provider—an advocate who has tirelessly fought for my relative's well-being. It's utterly reprehensible that a company's greed and indifference would drive them to try to cut off vital, life-sustaining care from the very people who need it most. This is an outright act of betrayal—an egregious failure to uphold their fundamental duty to provide proper, compassionate, and respectful care to those under their care.

My aunt lives at Rosetta. Whenever we go visit her, the Administrator and care staff are always warm and friendly. I absolutely enjoyed the fact it's small and home-like. Rosetta looks and smells clean and my aunt always seems content. I highly recommend Rosetta as a warm and inviting place to have a loved one come to live when they are in need of an Assisted Living facility.

Excellent care, very good food and a kind, loving staff.
