My brother is in this facility every time I go visit him there’s nobody in the front office. The doors are open, which allows residence to come in and out so sorry for the ones who have dementia there’s never any faculty people on site. My brother was urinated press the button for the nurse to come in. Nobody came took them 45 minutes to come change him you can’t communicate with the staff they don’t communicate I was told I couldn’t come back to visit my brother anymore . I feel I was told that because I would address things that was wrong I never made a scene, never disrespect or never hurt my brother for me to be told that I was not welcome there anymore so so sad because neglect is a crime may God bless these people

My mom is a resident at this Center. She has been there for a little over a year. She has lived her BEST life here. The Activity Director recently had a Hawaiian theme party! It exceeded my expectations. The Staff treat the Residents with love and respect. Every party I gave attended i come home bragging about my Mom's nursing staff and aids. It comforts my heart to know that my mom is being taken care of around the clock.
