While I was there Al Remel the lead maintenance man was walking me around and i was surprised how much he knew about the residents and the care he showed them. I was introduced to some of the staff so they knew what I was doing there. You could feel the love for there residents it permeated the building. I pray that my children will one day.Put me in a place like this

I have lived here at Oak Park Place in Albert Lea for almost two years. Jill at the front desk is very friendly, always willing to help and is reliable. When you first walk in it feels like a home. I like the people and the workers. They are friendly and always have a smile. They clean my room and do my laundry every week. The food is really good and the kitchen staff is friendly. They have activities, exercise, crafts, outings and will take us to Walmart or The Dollar Tree. They keep us busy so we don't get bored. We do walks together also. The staff will always stop and say hi with a smile and if i have any questions they always answer them. They check up on us to make sure we are okay. The maintenance guys are always there to help us if we need something fixed or repaired. They also take us to our medical appointments with the van. I enjoy every moment I spend here and it feels like home and your are with family. Everyone looks out for each other and I recommend living at Oak Park Place.
