My mom was a resident of the rehabilitation section for ~7 weeks and I was there various times of the day, for at least 90% of her stay .... as a younger man, I worked in nursing homes and found this facility to be very clean and kept that way at all times and the staff, be it weekday, weekend or holiday to be very friendly & warm, very patient and very accommodating ...... no request went unanswered and I had pretty much immediate access to all levels of staffing, from the facility case manager to the director of nursing and the physical/occupational therapists, as well as any of the RNs, CNAs and even housekeeping personnel ....... I even got to know several of the employees and long term residents by name (hi Lisa; hi Annie) ...... as these things go, it was as pleasurable an experience as it could be ..... thanx OH staff eugene drew 2025/09/16
