I truly believe I don’t wanna give no stars. I wish I could take that one star back due to Poor management and housekeeping and HR they don’t know how to tun facility !!!! I know other people that work at Oakwood feel the same way pour management and bad attitudes. I don’t understand how you let a good housekeeper go no complaints doing my job very respectful on the floor where I work at all the residence love me because I treat them and respect as I look at them as my grandmothers and grandfathers. Bad Supervisor not enough experience in your job we had a full staff now they shorthanded due to lack of Supervisor experience. She didn’t earn the position as being a housekeeper Supervisor she was handed the job and not enough experience. That’s why there are short staff.
