They treated my mom, through her transition from resident to hospice, with such grace and care, making all the difficult decisions along side of me. My mom could not have been taken care of any finer. Love these people. She passed away Sept 1, 2025.

Great community! Came by for a tour since I am looking for the future and will most definitely come back.

What a horrible place, full of false promises and lies by upper management. Not enough staff to take care of 25 residents in the memory care department. They broke my moms TV and recliner chair, then charged us 2 extra months when we moved out because we left them in the room! They "lost" my moms wedding ring and never reimbursed or took responsibility. We have a pending case with the State for NEGLECT OF A SENIOR! I could go on and on about how awful this and the assisted living (and the food😦) is. You had to beg to get the floors cleaned. I see they dropped "Pacifica" from their name! 🤔...to avoid lawsuits???? #DoNotPlaceYourLovedOneHere
