We have moved my mother-in-law into Overlake Terrace memory care center earlier this year. Our transition to this level of care came as an emergency situation and we were so lucky and grateful to have been directed to this facility. We had staff working on our case immediately and moved the process along at a quick pace to get the transfer of care in a gentle but well-coordinated effort. Her care has been exemplary, and staff has been kind and gracious in their care. The program director obviously loves her job and works hard at creating a nurturing, stimulating environment for the clients that she serves.
