My husband was at this facility for 5 months he had told them multiple times he was itching all over they had not done anything to help him with it he was supposed to have physical therapy and they did not even hardly ever get hit him up to do that up until the last month he ended up in keizer with scabies this facility should be burnt down some of the staff have been very nice the physical therapy department really sucked my name is Michelle Krueger I am the wife of Dan Krueger and I want this place known that if it's not clean then people need to start shaping up and getting things done right about it people that had infections should not even be able to go back there again

Staffs are all incredibly great in doing their utmost care to my daughter.superb nursing care. Nothing to ask for more.i think every part of the facility is well kept clean at all times .

I had to ask for kleenex for my mom. Then the next the kleenex was gone again. Mom was thristy but couldn't get out of bed. They could have given her a drink. Well my mom pass away there. And they stoled her earrings and eye glasses. Awful place.
