My great grandma stayed here the staff are nice but the rooms are disgusting there was aluminum foil on the light in the ceiling but overall it's a ok place but for long term living avoid it

My loved one lives here. She loves most of the staff. The food could be better. I haven’t tasted it, but she says she skips meals a lot for the time. This place is “ok” in my opinion. Update : the meals come hours late and the food has decreased in quality. The kitchen staff have nasty attitudes. The customer service is terrible. It seems like administrator is more worried about how the place looks than the experience of the residents. I have to bring my loved food just to make sure they eat.
