“Memory care” if that’s what you want to call it REEKS of urine. Everything is sticky. “Care” givers are lazy and rude. Only care about smoking and staring at their cellphones. Extremely overpriced for the lack of care and consideration received. Your loved ones are just a paycheck to them. Disgusting excuse for a care facility. Run far and run fast.

Most of the aides that work there see the residents as paychecks especially if they require more help. The aides that are there and treat everyone with respect becomes worn down because they have to pull the weight of the other aides. The staff constantly talks behind other coworkers back, and feel the need to have cliques and form a very toxic work environment. Also the facility doesn't like giving patients flu a/b and covid testing afraid of to many positive results will result in them needing to shut down.
