It i could leave zero stars i would, not even worth giving one star. My grandmother was in the hands of this nursing facility and was never took care of, my grandmother never came back home due to the staff at this location. I would never recommend you bring your love one here to be watched/care for, if you love them please look elsewhere!

Place is nasty. Don't go.

First off, the stand out good impressions were the CNAs. They were interactive and obviously showed concern when my mother was there for 2 weeks. They actively were making attempts when, unfortunately, my mother was starting to slide away. The nursing and social staff seemed quite good too. The middling things would be the place is pretty active on weekdays. Borderline chaos but you feel like you're in a busy hotel. So your mileage will vary but don't expect a peaceful garden. Cafeteria seemed the typical government/hospital food and staff were ok here. The facilities were a bit threadbare but clean. If I were to think of any negative point that needs improvement, I'd have to say it's the lack of clear, centralized communication. My mother was recovering from hospitalization and doing her rehab to start walking again. After a few days she suddenly became bedridden, and CNAs and a nurse seemingly had no idea why. This went on a few days and with a few different staff making suggestions. Finally, "there was a meeting of the nursing staff" to recommend the social worker tell me that hospice was the way to go. It was then that her hospitalization had found her to be sepsis, but I'd not been informed of it (but it was in her discharge papers which I hadn't read to be honest). But it seems to me that nursing staff should have had access to this information before to be able to speak to me about it when determining the ways to treat the patient. It came as a bit of a surprise to be informed of it by a social worker rather than a nurse. I'd suggest consultations with a nurse first and as needed maybe alongside a social worker. Perhaps a more informed staff, a consultation with family on admittance or some daily/weekly log HIPAA compliant and readable by families on a patient's condition would be useful.
