My wife has been here just over 24 hours and it's been horrible. She's there for extreme back pain and needs therapy. At 10 PM her bed stopped working and was stuck in a 30 degree angle. Not good for her back. They couldn't fix it and replaced it at 3 PM. So she had to sit in a chair the whole day with her bad back. Receiving her pain meds is a very slow process. The food is very bad and she's not given a chance to choose. She was told there are no options you get whatever they send. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time to research before coming here. I want to add she arrived Friday afternoon and has not spoken to anyone about her care plan. Everyone seems to say it's the weekend so I guess the office only operates M-F????

Just an ok facility. Food is not good at all. Nurses are just ok. They are very slow to respond when a resident needs help. No one seems to be on the same page as to what they are doing. They do not follow through when they say they are doing showers, therapy, snacks, etc. They do not always do what a doctor has ordered. I would not recommend this facility for yourself or a loved one for anything long term.
