Walking into work and seeing the residents smiles and spending my days with them brings me so much joy!

I would NOT recommend pathfinder for your loved ones. There are a few C.N.A's that are caring. I saw so many things that I would not let a stray animal live there. So many times I heard the residents being talked about in a very unprofessional and negative way. The The property manager is a two faced and will talk nicely to your face, but as soon as your not around she is very unprofessional. She gives dirty looks to everyone,she rolls her eyes. They can't keep any employees. At night some residents are left in soiled briefs all night to the point where it is leaking in the morning. Residents are handled roughly. Very few people stay working. There is favoritism between the property manager and employees. I have heard so many employees say they are quitting because of her. There is not enough staff. She makes her employees feel like they are walking on eggs shells. It's sad when a grown adult has to be talked to about her attitude from her boss, and she is the property manager Come on we are not in highschool anymore. People are made to stay in their rooms at night because the C.N.A's don't want to deal with them.The property manager has the employees do More than one review to try and make them look better and get more people to move in. I used to love my job until the property manager showed her true colors.

It is a nice falicity. I like the residents and employees they are very nice.
