if I could get zero stars I would. Not only is this place extremely understaffed, but the few staff members are extremely rude and constantly ignore residents and family members. It’s virtually impossible to even get in contact With Miss Carol Lawrence the social worker. You have to call multiple times and leave several messages just to get one phone call back from her. She is unprofessional and is constantly delaying paperwork. When you voice concerns, the issues are always invalidated and there’s never a resolution. The lack of professionalism and empathy at this facility is disheartening and unacceptable. please think twice about putting your loved ones here.

My sister was here at this nursing home. My sister almost passed away. In the past three yrs I placed my trust in pelham nursing home. My sister started losing weight. I've asked numerous times amd was told she's active. They ran labs and the lab was ok. Unfortunately I was told at her being admitted she suffered from low blood sugar and blood pressure. I say to anyone with a loved one, never let a smile mislead you. Take your love one to the hospital for a full assessment. This nursing could have done more. The dietician should have given supplement to stimulate her appetite. Extremely low on staff no one is hardly available. They have to do way better or more people will pass away on their hands!!!!

I wanted to share a review on this Nursing Home / Rehab facility. I have been visiting a resident there. The staff and CNA's are wonderful and you can see how they really care for their patients / residents. I do want to give a specific shout out to Tiffany DON and managers. I have watched her work tirelessly with the patients/residents and they are recognized. There is a mutual respect that is shared between the staff and the patients/residents, they truly enjoy all the employees and their level of commitment and involvement. Respectfully
