Moved my mom here in October of 2023, and it was a great experience. At every point including the apartment selection, contract signing, moving in and then moving out (due to her needing assisted living), the processes were smooth. The management team at PRIL is, to a person, professional, courteous and responsive. The dining is really restaurant quality. Probably the highest compliment I can give has to do with something that you can’t easily ascertain without being there every day: the culture. The residents are incredibly welcoming and friendly to other residents and guests, and their interactions with the management team and staff are warm. My only regret is that my mom was unable to stay there. If I were looking for a place for myself, PRIL would be it.

My Dad has been living at Pioneer Ridge Independent Living for almost two years and he loves it! His apartment is very nice, modern, and looks brand new. The food is great, the staff is caring and accommodating, and there are lots of activities for the residents to enjoy. The entire building is very impressive and modern including the pub, dining room, library, theatre, gym, and the concierge desk. They also have a wonderful housekeeping staff that keep the rooms and the entire facility spotless! In addition, they offer free transportation for the residents to doctor's appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Ryan Walker, the Executive Director does everything in his power to ensure all the residents are happy and well taken care of. In addition, Mia Santarelli, the Activities Director, is amazing! She creates a lot of wonderful weekly activities for the residents including movie nights in the theatre, art classes, happy hours, parties, guest speakers and musicians, and community outings. I hosted a birthday party for my Dad this weekend in the Pub for all of the residents and some of Daddy's friends and Mia made everything very easy for me. Pioneer Ridge even provided water, tea, and coffee, and they did not charge me a venue fee to use the Pub. Ryan, Mia, and Kris Walker, the Fitness Manager are very friendly, kind, and professional and they have created a positive, warm, and happy environment for all of the residents and their families and I cannot thank them enough! I would highly recommend Pioneer Ridge Independent Living to any senior or family member looking for a loving, caring, and friendly place to call home.
