Our father has been at Plum Tree care center for three weeks. The staff at the facility is amazing and they truly care with open hearts. They’re always smiling and making sure their patients and their families are well taken care of. We are extremely pleased with the service provided to our father and for their dedication to his well-being. The physical therapy team and the nurses and their assistance are incredible and they really go out of their way to provide excellent care. We could not be happier with this facility and their excellent management and care team.

We are very happy with our father’s care at Plum Tree Rehab. The facility is always clean, the staff are truly caring, and they do everything with open hearts and warm smiles. The location is very convenient for our family, and our father especially enjoys the showers here—the water pressure is excellent and makes his experience so much more comfortable. We’re grateful to have found such a supportive and welcoming place for him.
