My sweet aunt was put in this place in April with dementia we trusted them to take good 24 hour care of her instead they neglected and starved her instead of doing the job they are paid for they highly medicated her to keep her asleep 24 hours a day.. We were never notified of her condition until It was to late we received the call she was close to death and we couldn’t save her When she first was placed in this awful place she was full of life even with dementia in a short 4 months they slowly killed my aunt calls stopped FaceTime stopped every time we called to check on her she was always sleeping..of course she was because they gave her sleeping pills all day long to keep her asleep They lied ... They killed my aunt .. This place needs to be shut down If you have loved ones please do not leave them there or you will lose your loved one like my family did.. We know that we would lose her due to her having dementia but our hearts are breaking that she had to spend her last 4 months of life at a place that mistreated her so badly.. If we were able to visit her during covid which finding out now we should of never of been denied because hospice was involved my aunt would still be here to tell us all about the beautiful life she lived.. If you have a loved one here please find them another home before it’s to late

Multiple times I’ve came to this place at night bringing patients back from the hospital and was unable to find any nurse . And this time not a single nurse or nursing assistant was on the lock down unit . I waited 30 minutes for the 3rd floor nurse to tell me they didn’t have a single worker on this floor and she was the only nurse working 3 floors . There was patients sitting in the hall in wheelchairs and others screaming from the rooms with no one to even hear them . This is not a place I would ever leave a loved one

Both of my grandparents are here and they seem to like their stay the nursing staff are very friendly and welcoming
