Presence Cor Mariae Center

My 91 year old grandmother has been a resident here for a couple of years now. I have always experienced good vibes and courteous staff here. I am from out of town , but as this is the first place I stop when I visit and every time the nurses and staff have been super! There is always an activity going on whether it's bingo, singing around the piano, or arts and crafts. My grandmother loves the staff as they are always praising her. Keep up the good work because I am now trying to find this same care for my mother in a different state....it's not easy!

My father is currently a patient and wasn’t assisted on his first day,didn’t seem they exactly knew what they were doing. They were very strict on him and his items from the hospital. A lady was over my shoulder checking everything and asked if my dad had money. My dad can’t walk and just got transferred to the hospital to this place. They treat him poorly and some of the staff were rude to me. I will be visiting him a lot to make sure things change for the better.

Cna’s are rude and have a bad attitude. Nurses are the same. If you love your family members don’t send them here because residents die slowly from lack of care. State is always there checking on them because they get some many complaints. Worse facility in Rockford. They only care about the money and nothing else.
