I’m giving it one star because that’s as low as it can go.. I’ve seen countless crazy acts go on in this facility and the one that made me the most upset was the nurse who was walking around all fat and short and happy to say “ oh I’ll make sure all these resident family members sign a DNR , none of them have any quality of life , I’ve already got two families to do it “ …? Who are you to try to make anyone sign a DNR ?! Another thing I don’t like is how the nurses ignore their patients until they are DOA . Or they put people out at their worst because of “ behaviors “. It was by far one of the worse ones I’ve ever walked into .. never had any laundry so CNAS do that too . But that little fat nurse is the one who really got my skin crawling … & the bed bugs also had my skin crawling … found them in countless residents beds and when staff was told they laughed in jokes about it while residents were getting bit tf up

I would not recommend this facility for you loved ones. My son was sent there and they were not prepared for his arrival, they didn’t have the supplies he needed. The nurses do a great job, the facility in understaffed l staffed so patients have to wait long time for their call button to be answered. My son was discharged and facility did not go over discharge paperwork with the family and the parer work was thrown in a trash bag with the medication. I have called back to get support on wound care and no response, prescription should have been called into new pharmacy and they only send in medication summary report. Remember if you have to send your love ones to the facility, please make sure they have a guardian. The facility lives on. The client is their own person, meaning that the has to reach out and ask for care. Go to the courthouse and get proper paperwork so you came make sure everything is being done. Again I would not send your loved ones to this facility, they should be helping the client and not just have them their to get a paycheck.
